The Organisation

The OR.SI. consortium has a rather flexible and efficient organisation made up of the following elements:

DIRECT ASSOCIATES
These are legendary qualified companies, with extensive experience in the security sector, strategically distributed throughout the country covering the macro areas. Each direct associate is in charge of a macro area. the direct associates’ specific skills range from the production and installation of safe deposit boxes and the relevant active protection devices to providing technical services.

SATELITTES
These are small qualified companies that directly report to the direct associates, widespread across the country to cover the micro areas. each satellite is in charge of one or more micro areas and mainly provides technical service for and on behalf of their direct associate.

THE OPERATING NETWORK
Is a highly computerised supervision centre in charge of organising pre- and post-sale technical services. the operating network is directly managed by a direct associate in charge of the entire logistics and organisation chain for services, with special reference to:

• Receiving requests and "opening" service
• Preventive request analysis
• Distributing activities to the qualified direct associates
• Ensuring services are "taken in charge” and "closed"
• Monitoring contract parameters for all services
• Collecting hard copy and electronic documents for each service
• Preparing and distributing administrative and tax documents (statements, pro-forma and final invoices)
• Statistic analyses
• Customer satisfaction
